During the summer of 2018, my mother-in-law grew a plant in her garden at this idyllic place in Northern Norway called Dagsvik in Leirfjord. A small and peaceful place located behind the fantastic Seven Sisters mountains. This plant is called Victory Onion (Allium Victorialis) from the same family as Wild garlic (Allium ursinum). She used the leaves of this plant and mixed them with flake salt. She started selling this product to locals. Her creation was the inspiration to visualize a design packaging and typography that fits the profile for this product.
This product is now on sale at Helgeland Museum in Mo i Rana.
